Her coaching draws on her extensive real-world experience and expertise, including her time with the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Breaking barriers, she served as the first analyst in four senior leadership positions within the Federal Bureau of Investigation. She successfully navigated challenging work environments, including hostile overseas assignments and active threat situations. Her roles led to increasing responsibility, leaving as the Deputy Assistant Director for Intelligence, where she was responsible for leading a team of over 350 individuals and a $100 million budget.
In the private sector, Amy served as the Managing Director of Aon's Cyber Solutions Intelligence Practice, where she led a global team conducting open, deep and dark web research and cyber investigations. Her practice routinely met or exceeded financial expectations through new business development opportunities and team efficiencies.
Amy holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Studies and French from Bradley University and a Master of Arts in International Affairs from the George Washington University. She has also received two Executive Education Certificates from the Harvard Business School and the INSEAD Business School. Amy is certified by the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
