Building Coalitions
Overview
Building Coalitions involves the ability to build coalitions internally and with government, nonprofit and private sector organizations, foreign governments, or international organizations to achieve common goals. This program shares principles and best practices related to building coalitions. Participants engage in self-reflection and small group exercises to harvest lessons learned from personal experiences. Self-assessments identify gaps between current and needed performance levels in Building Coalition competencies. |
