Overview
This program shares principles and best practices related to building resilience and well-being. Participants engage in self-reflection and small group exercises to identify top values and strengths, as well as harvest lessons learned from personal experiences. Self-assessments identify gaps between current and needed performance levels in Resilience behaviors. Participants create action plans to apply learning in the workplace. |
