Jen Frigault

Jen Frigault is an ICF certified coach providing coaching services to business professional at all stages of their careers. Jen is an executive leader with extensive experience in leading complex data teams and projects at large scale digital companies, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Data Intelligence for Gannett | USA TODAY Network.

Jen holds a professional certificate in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-Being, which she utilizes in a corporate employee based coaching program, as well as within her coaching practice: Spire Vision Leadership. Jen has recently worked with Kaplan Education, coaching upcoming graduate students, and 2Gether International, an organization who supports entrepreneurs with disabilities. In this role she worked with the women’s cohort Accelerator Program, which aims to develop twelve entrepreneurs and their companies in key areas of business including Operations, Management, Sales and Marketing.

Jen has coached business leaders at all levels through her coaching practice, working to build their confidence and personal vision that propel them to achieve their professional leadership goals.
