Overview
Bring about strategic change, both within and outside the organization, and meet organizational goals. Establish an organizational vision and implement it in a continuously changing environment. This program shares principles and best practices related to leading organizational change. Participants engage in self-reflection and small group exercises to identify lessons learned from personal experiences. Self-assessments identify gaps between current and needed performance levels in competencies. Participants create action plans to apply learning in the workplace. |
