This program shares principles and best practices related to leading people. Participants engage in self-reflection and small group exercises to identify lessons learned from personal experiences. Self-assessments identify gaps between current and needed performance levels in competencies. Participants are introduced to the GROW coaching model and practice peer coaching during the creation of action plans to apply learning in the workplace.
