Registration Fee: $2,450 per person
All sessions within each cohort are conducted weekly from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm (Eastern) on Thursdays (dates that fall on holidays are adjusted). Each session is centered on specific leadership themes, including self-awareness; interpersonal skills and your management style; accountability and delegating work; team building and motivation; developing others; managing up; leveraging diversity and thinking traps; and conflict management.
